You are welcome here
Open, honest sharing. Mindful meditation. Practical tools. A supportive community. We open with introductions and short readings, sit in a guided meditation of about ten minutes, then hear a topic and open the floor for sharing.
Anyone recovering from addiction of any kind, including alcohol, drugs, food, gambling, relationships, screens and more. Many of us also attend other meetings or work with a therapist. All of that is welcome.
We draw from Buddhist teachings like mindfulness, compassion and wisdom, and apply them to everyday life. Nobody here is a teacher or an expert. We are people in recovery who meet to practice together.
Recovery is possible.
“The path to recovery is not about perfection, but about showing up with an open heart, again and again.”
